What client data do we collect?

We collect client information we deem necessary to establish a better business relationship and communication between our customers and our company.

Free Trial

We provide a one-time Free Trial for new clients, but we may decline trial work if needed.
After you’ve used your Free Trial, you won’t be eligible for it again on your next project with us.
For subsequent services, payment will be required. You can find more details on our Free Trial page on our website.

Quality Guarantee:

We aim to deliver excellent service to our clients.
We offer unlimited revisions on your photos to ensure high-quality editing.
However, we don’t permit clients to use third-party services to alter our edited images.
Also, we don’t accept revisions if the photos have been edited by third parties before being sent back to us.

Payment Methods:

Definitely services, we may ask for payment before start work on your projects. We accept payments via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram MasterCard & Visa Etc.

Please note that our company is not liable for any technical issues that may time to get up the payment transfer process.

File Storage Policy:

Clipp Asia safely stores your images on our server for a maximum of Three months.

We will not take responsibility for any type of damage if you fail to extract your files within that time frame, even after we send you notifications.

Use of your image:

We check the images you send for anything unnecessary and can decide not to use them if necessary.

By agreeing to this, you allow Retouching Lab to use trial images for promotion.

This might involve putting these images on the website without asking for permission. If you don’t want your trial images used, you can email us at contact@retouchinglab.com. We might also ask to use your edited images on the website to show our work, but we won’t use your regular photos without your permission.
